MEMBERSHIP
In order for membership cancellation to be effective, it must be requested before the 15th of the previous month (if domiciled)
CLASSES
If you book and pay for a class in advance and are absent without notifying, or do not notify 48 hours before the class, the class is considered taken. That is, the money is not refunded.

MIAMI BAILA EXPERIENCE/WORKSHOPS/EVENTS/RENTALS/GROUPS/ETC.

Up to 10 people $20 per person. A deposit of $100 is applied, which will be deducted from the final value of the event, as long as at least 70% of the reserved seats are presented. Otherwise, the right to refund the deposit is lost, and the price of the class per person is paid.

From 10 people $15 per person. A deposit of $150 is applied, which will be deducted from the final value of the event, as long as at least 70% of the reserved seats are presented. Otherwise, the right to refund the deposit is lost, and the price of the class per person is paid.
STUDIO RENTAL

Full payment in advance.

Cancellation: 100% of the amount is returned if you cancel 7 days in advance. 50% of the amount is returned by canceling 6 days in advance up to 3 days in advance. The amount is not refunded if you cancel less than 3 days in advance.
Photo and Recording Policy Within the Facility
With the aim of informing the users of this facility of the existence of surveillance cameras for security, and cameras for recording images and taking photographs, following the established regulations.
In order to guarantee the safety, prevention and protection of workers, customers or people who access the facility, the existence of security cameras is reported, following the established regulations.
Video surveillance images at work may only be accessible by strictly authorized personnel for the security purpose for which they are captured. Any unauthorized display may be considered unauthorized transfer of information, constituting an infringement of Data Protection regulations.
Normally, those authorized to view these images are the security manager of the company or the security company that maintains the security system. Likewise, these images may be accessible, upon request through legal channels, by the State security forces and bodies, as well as by judicial bodies.
The reading of this document serves as the informed consent of the workers, clients or persons who access the facility, in order to take images and recordings that will be the exclusive property of MIAMI BAILA CALLE 8 DANCE ACADEMY INC, and may be used for private or commercial purposes.
