HOW CLASSES WORK

How?
🗓️ Monthly Progressive Cycles: Our group classes follow a structured, progressive curriculum that starts at the beginning of each month, running in 3-month cycles for both Beginner and Level Two students.

When To Start?
🚶♀️🚶♂️ Jump in Anytime: New students are welcome to join at any time, and will simply cycle into the next rotation to ensure they receive the full foundation of skills and instruction.
